1. About these terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Indie Craft online store at indiecraft.in (the "Website") and to every purchase you make from it. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who we are The Website is operated by Sujay Fashions, trading as Indie Craft ("Indie Craft", "we", "us", "our").

The Website runs on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.

3. Using the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information when you place an order or create an account.
• You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it.

4. Your account You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Products, colours and sizing

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because our garments are made from natural fabrics and many are finished by hand, small variations in colour, print placement, weave or embroidery are part of their character and are not defects.
• Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the actual product, depending on your device settings.
• Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, message us and we will help you choose.

6. Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges and the Cash on Delivery fee, where they apply, are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
• Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have sent an order confirmation.

7. Orders

• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order.
• We accept your order when we dispatch it and send you a shipping confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
• We may limit the quantity of a product per customer or per order.

8. Payment

• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. You can pay by debit or credit card, UPI or net banking.
• We do not see or store your full card details.
• Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India, with a fee of ₹100. International orders must be paid online.
• We may refuse Cash on Delivery for an order at our discretion, for example after repeated undelivered or refused COD orders.

9. Shipping and delivery

• We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Delivery within India usually takes 3–5 days, and up to 15 days for some remote locations. International delivery can take up to 20 days.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control do not make us liable, but we will help you track your order.
• Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

• You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
• You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Some items cannot be returned, including customised or made-to-measure items and items bought on sale or at a discount of 30% or more.
• Full conditions, including how refunds are made, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Discounts and offers

• Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, including any minimum order value, validity period and eligible products.
• Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order, codes cannot be combined with other offers, and they have no cash value.
• We may change or withdraw an offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse a discount code.

12. Reviews and content you share If you post a review, photo or other content on the Website or send it to us, you confirm that it is your own, is honest, and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. You allow us to display and share it, free of charge, on the Website and our social media channels, with your first name and initial. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

13. Intellectual property All content on the Website, including the Indie Craft name and logo (a registered trademark), designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to Sujay Fashions or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Third-party services and links The Website uses third-party services, such as payment processing, delivery partners, customer chat and product reviews, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

15. Prohibited uses You must not:

• use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• give false information or impersonate anyone
• upload viruses or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems
• scrape, copy or collect data from the Website using automated tools
• harass, abuse or harm others, or post offensive or misleading content

We may suspend your access if you break these rules.

16. Our liability

• We provide the Website "as is" and do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or opportunity.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

17. Indemnity You agree to compensate Sujay Fashions for any loss or claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

18. Privacy How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

19. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order. Continuing to use the Website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly through our customer support and Grievance Officer. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
