Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Requested within 7 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- In its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Customised or made-to-measure items
- Items bought on sale or with a discount of 30% or more
- Gift cards
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 73928 73528 or email info@indiecraft.co.in with your order number, the item, and the reason.
- We will confirm your request and share the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to: Sujay Fashions, C/o Regent SME Industrial Park, 215, 2nd Floor, Block B, NH6, Ankurhati, Near Saraswati Bridge, Howrah – 711302, West Bengal, India
Items sent back without a confirmed request cannot be accepted.
Return shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a trackable courier, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Defective, damaged or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead. We ship the exchanged item once we have received and inspected the original.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days:
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.
Shipping charges and the Cash on Delivery fee (₹100) are not refundable, except for defective, damaged or wrong items. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show the refund. If more than 20 working days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Order cancellation You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
International orders Returns from outside India are accepted on the same terms. Return shipping, customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer and are not refundable. If you are in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the same condition requirements.
